PP Consultant S/4 Public Cloud

Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – Production Planning (PP) Consultant (Defense)

We’re supporting a client on a live SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud program and are looking for an experienced Production Planning (PP) Consultant to join the team on an urgent basis.

This is a hands-on delivery role—ideal for someone who can take ownership of the PP workstream, work independently, and support key phases including testing, cutover, and go-live.

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Short-term contract (with potential extension)
• Location: Remote (US-based) with occasional onsite travel to Reno, Nevada
• Onsite expectation: 1 week during training/testing and 1 week during go-live (possible additional onsite week during the project)
• Industry: Defense

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the Production Planning (PP) workstream in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Run requirements sessions and translate business needs into configuration
• Hands-on PP configuration (BOMs, routings, work centers, MRP, production orders, capacity planning)
• Define and support PP master data requirements and coordinate with broader project team
• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and documentation
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization/hypercare
• Provide knowledge transfer / training to stakeholders as required

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Public Edition)
• Strong SAP PP functional experience
• Experience with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) (or strong variant configuration background)
• Comfortable working in a compliance-driven / regulated environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US in a defense environment (additional checks may apply)
