SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant (m/f/d)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to join an international organisation in Germany.

You will play a key role in the optimisation, development and implementation of SAP Service solutions, supporting business-critical service and maintenance processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established SAP team and contribute to exciting S/4HANA transformation projects within a modern, international IT environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support, optimise and further develop SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP CS (Customer Service) solutions.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions through configuration and process improvements.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration and rollout projects.

• Improve end-to-end service processes, including service orders, repairs, maintenance and billing.

• Work closely with business departments, key users and external implementation partners.

• Provide ongoing SAP application support, troubleshooting and continuous system improvements.

• Your Profile

• Professional experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally specialising in SAP CS or S/4HANA Service.

• Good understanding of service management, customer service or after-sales processes.

• Experience in SAP Customizing and business process optimisation.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM or PM.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and within international teams.

• Good German and English communication skills.
