A leading cloud managed services provider is seeking a Regional Partner Manager to drive revenue growth through a strategic partner ecosystem. This role is focused on enabling internal and indirect sellers to position, sell, and deliver cloud-based managed and advisory services across private, public, and hybrid environments.
The organization partners closely with major hyperscalers and virtualization platforms, delivering outcome-focused solutions with embedded cyber resiliency and emerging AI capabilities. The Regional Partner Manager acts as the connective tissue between partners, sales, marketing, and technical teams to accelerate pipeline and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Partner Management

Own and grow partner-driven revenue within an assigned geographic territory

Build strong relationships with regional sellers, sales leaders, and technical teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner enablement and engagement
Sales Enablement & GTM Execution

Equip partners with sales training, technical guidance, and go-to-market resources

Develop and execute joint business plans with top-performing partners

Support co-selling motions, incentives, and partner marketing initiatives
Performance & Growth

Track partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics

Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for optimization

Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging market trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with internal sales, marketing, and engineering teams

Ensure alignment across messaging, delivery, and customer outcomes
Event & Brand Representation

Represent the organization at regional and national partner events

Increase awareness of the cloud services portfolio and value proposition
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in managed services, cloud, or IT solutions
(or 10+ years of equivalent experience without a degree) -
Proven success in partner/channel management roles

Experience supporting both direct and indirect sales motions

Background working with cloud service providers or MSPs

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to analyze market dynamics and uncover growth opportunities

Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Willingness to travel as required
