Energize is currently supporting a leading manufacturing customer who is looking for an experienced Senior Project / Change Manager to support a large-scale integration programme to a new global way of working.
The successful candidate will take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering multiple workstreams, ensuring existing local processes are successfully migrated and aligned to the new global standard. The programme spans key business areas including Production, Quality, Supplier Relationships, HR, and IT (SAP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple workstreams within a global integration programme, ensuring alignment to the overall project plan
• Drive change management activities to support the transition of local processes to a global standard
• Manage the migration of existing local processes across Production, Quality, Suppliers, HR, and IT (SAP S/4HANA) workstreams
• Coordinate with local and international stakeholders across multiple countries (including Belgium and France)
• Articulate workstream progress, risks, and dependencies clearly within the wider programme framework
• Produce clear project reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, supporting effective decision-making
Key Requirements:
• Senior Project Manager with 8–10+ years’ experience, including strong change management expertise
• Proven experience delivering integration or merger projects
• Previous SAP project experience is desirable, ideally within SAP S/4HANA programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across local and international teams
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-driven approach
• Strong organisational, reporting, and governance skills
• Fluent English
