Power Platform Engineer

Location: Bremen or Munich 
Salary: €85,000
3 days per week on-site

Overview

A leading technology-driven organisation is seeking a Power Platform Architect to build and own its low-code platform. This is a greenfield opportunity, offering full responsibility for platform setup, governance, and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Power Platform strategy and governance

• Build and manage solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

• Enable internal teams to develop automation and business applications

• Support a SharePoint Online-based intranet with automation and AI features

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver use cases

• Establish security, compliance, and best practice frameworks

Requirements

Must-have:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Good understanding of M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, security)

• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell)

• Ability to define and implement governance models

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with AI / Copilot / low-code ecosystems

• Background in other low-code platforms

• Programming knowledge (e.g. Python, object-oriented development)

Soft Skills

• Self-starter, comfortable working as a sole expert in this domain

• Strong communication skills across IT and business

• Structured and focused on scalable solutions
