BPA Integrator

Energize Group is currently looking for a BPA Integration Analyst to join a fast-paced business on a 3–6 month contract.

This is a hands-on role focused on integrating Shopify with an Orderwise ERP system, alongside building automation workflows to improve efficiency across operations.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between systems, removing manual processes, and improving how orders, stock, and operational data move across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Shopify with Orderwise ERP

• Build and optimise automation workflows (BPA)

• Improve order processing and stock management processes

• Work closely with warehouse, finance, and operations teams

• Troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations

Requirements

• Experience integrating Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) with ERP systems

• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations

• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.)

• Ability to design and implement workflows

• Experience with order flows, stock, and operational systems

• SQL/database knowledge is beneficial
