Role Overview
Amplix is hiring a Senior Project Manager within their PMO team to manage enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS implementations. This is a hands on delivery role where the PM will directly manage customer implementations alongside an engineer responsible for the technical build.
This is not a strategic program role or leadership role. They are looking for a strong IC delivery Project Manager who manages implementations from start to finish and works directly with customers.
Candidate Profile:
Must Haves US Citizen only. Green card holders cannot be considered.
End to end Genesys implementation experience is the most important requirement.
Strong IC delivery Project Manager. This person will not manage other PMs.
Hands on enterprise implementation experience within UCaaS or CCaaS environments
Strong client facing delivery experience. The PM runs the customer relationship throughout the project.
Experience managing contact center deployments including IVR, routing, voice and integrations.
Strong experience managing multiple projects at once.
Preferred background: Enterprise environments are acceptable but vendor or partner experience is preferred.
Nice to have :
Zoom Contact Center experience.
NICE CXone exposure.
PMP certification.
Experience with integrations (CRM, enterprise systems etc).
Background from vendors or consulting partners such as

Platforms:
The most important platform experience is Genesys.
Priority order for experience
1 Genesys CCaaS
2 Zoom Contact Center (nice to have)
Day to Day Responsibilities
Direct client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Each implementation has one Project Manager and one Engineer assigned to the client.
The PM manages the project end to end including
Project setup and planning
Managing project timelines
Running customer calls
Managing engineers schedules
Tracking delivery against the SOW
Managing change orders
Ensuring project profitability
Tracking progress within their project management tool Wrike
The Project Manager acts as the air traffic controller for the project.
Project Types:
Projects will be both new deployments & Migrations from legacy platforms such as Avaya or Cisco
Typical project load: anywhere from 1 to 7 projects at a time depending on size.

Genesys experience is critical.
Have you personally run end to end implementations or mainly overseen other PMs.
How many contact center deployments have you delivered using Genesys.

Were your projects migrations from legacy platforms like Avaya or Cisco or new deployments.
Compensation:
Salary: 110k to 130k base (can go higher)
Bonus: Quarterly bonus between 1.6k and 5k (don’t share this with candidates)
Location: 100% remote within the US (No timezone restrictions)
Travel: Very little to none.
Team Structure:
This role reports into the PMO leader Steve Belleston.
Steve previously worked at NICE and is very well regarded internally & externally.
Steve currently manages
9 Project Managers
1 Business Analyst
His team is going double in the next 12 months due to company growth.
