Location: Germany or Norway (Remote)
Salary: Up to €140,000 (or local equivalent in Norway)
Travel: Approximately 10% across Europe

The Opportunity

We\'re supporting a leading organisation that is investing heavily in Microsoft Copilot and AI enablement across EMEA.

As a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Lead (EMEA), you\'ll play a key role in building technical capability, driving certification readiness, and delivering scalable learning programmes that help teams and partners successfully adopt Microsoft Copilot.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong Microsoft technical expertise with a passion for training, coaching, and enablement.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver learning programmes covering Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Run technical bootcamps, workshops, academies, and enablement events across EMEA.
• Lead certification and readiness programmes to improve technical capability at scale.
• Develop hands-on labs, training materials, and learning journeys.
• Manage Train-the-Trainer initiatives to extend enablement reach across multiple regions.
• Work closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to identify skills gaps and development priorities.
• Measure programme success and continuously improve learning outcomes.

What We\'re Looking For

• 5+ years\' experience in technical training, enablement, consulting, or Microsoft-focused education.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
• Experience delivering workshops, bootcamps, certification programmes, or partner enablement initiatives.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an international environment with EMEA-wide responsibility.

Preferred Certifications

• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
• AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• AI-102: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio credentials
