Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Cloud Solution Architect to support the growth of Managed Professional Services across EMEA. Working within a leading Microsoft-focused Center of Excellence, you will help partners and customers successfully deploy, migrate, and adopt Microsoft 365 solutions while driving scalable delivery across the region.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Microsoft 365 technical expertise with partner enablement, solution architecture, and customer-facing consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support Microsoft 365 solution architectures for partners and customers across EMEA.
• Lead partner onboarding, technical workshops, and readiness programs.
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations and deployments, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Windows 365.
• Develop service offerings, deployment frameworks, and scalable delivery models.
• Build customer demos and solution scenarios that showcase Microsoft 365 value.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and regional teams to improve solution quality and consistency.
• Create reusable deployment assets, playbooks, and adoption frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for solution expansion and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, Microsoft Consulting, or Partner Enablement roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Modern Work and productivity solutions.
• Experience supporting customer migrations, deployments, and cloud transformation projects.
• Ability to deliver workshops, onboarding sessions, and technical demonstrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and customer engagement models.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Additional European languages are beneficial.

Required Certifications

• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (or equivalent)
• MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Certifications

• MD-102 Endpoint Administrator Associate
• SC-400 Information Protection Administrator
• SC-401 Information Security Administrator Associate
• Additional Microsoft solution sales or partner-facing certifications
