Overview

We are seeking a Copilot Agent Engineering & Development Specialist to design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents across EMEA. Working within a dedicated AI and automation practice, you will help transform business ideas into scalable solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys rapid prototyping, integrations, automation, and building practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and demo solutions.
• Create integrations, connectors, and automations across Microsoft platforms.
• Support implementation and deployment of agent-based solutions.
• Deliver workshops and enablement sessions for partners and customers.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend scalable design patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and delivery teams.
• Contribute reusable components, frameworks, and development best practices.
• Help accelerate solutions from concept to production-ready deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years\' experience in software development, solution engineering, integration, automation, or Microsoft technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of APIs, connectors, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Experience building prototypes, automations, and business applications.
• Ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, hackathons, or technical enablement sessions is advantageous.
