Overview

We are seeking a Principal Customer Technical Adoption Specialist to drive post-sales adoption and business value realization for Microsoft Copilot solutions across EMEA. You will help enterprise customers move from pilot deployments to scaled adoption, increasing usage, maximizing ROI, and identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal.

Working within a leading Microsoft-focused AI Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with customers, partners, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions across EMEA.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies that increase active usage and business value.
• Support customers in transitioning from pilot programs to enterprise-wide deployments.
• Identify and remove technical, organizational, and governance-related adoption barriers.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive customer success, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and customer health indicators.
• Provide executive-level guidance on adoption, change management, and AI readiness.
• Share best practices and scalable adoption frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years\' experience in Customer Success, Technical Adoption, Solution Consulting, or Microsoft Cloud delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Proven success driving adoption and value realization in enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to align technical capabilities with business outcomes and user adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working across regional or international customer environments.

• MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals
• Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio certifications
