Overview

We are seeking a Copilot Factory Platform Architect to lead the design, validation, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot and AI agent solutions across EMEA. You will help transform successful customer and partner use cases into repeatable, secure, and scalable offerings that can be deployed across multiple markets.

This is a strategic architecture role for someone with deep Microsoft platform expertise, strong governance knowledge, and a passion for building reusable AI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards for Microsoft Copilot and AI agent solutions across EMEA.
• Validate solution designs for scalability, security, compliance, and business value.
• Create reusable accelerators, templates, deployment assets, and reference architectures.
• Package and publish Copilot and agent solutions for broader adoption.
• Establish governance, implementation, and deployment best practices.
• Support regional teams in adapting platform capabilities into customer-ready offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, security, marketing, and partner teams.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, and security standards.
• Drive consistency and quality across AI solution delivery.
• Identify reusable patterns and scale successful customer scenarios across the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years\' experience in Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Microsoft-focused technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions, integrations, automation, and AI-driven platforms.
• Good understanding of security, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience creating reusable assets such as reference architectures, accelerators, deployment guides, and solution blueprints.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial and business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across international teams and partner ecosystems.

• AZ-305 Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate
• SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• Microsoft Copilot-related certifications and credentials
