Our client is a large, international logistics business with a broad range of operations and a dedicated central IT function. Its technology teams support the wider organisation, working across business units to provide reliable services and develop consistent IT standards.

The Role

The company is seeking an Endpoint Management Engineer to help operate and improve its endpoint management environment.

You’ll focus on Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM, supporting device configuration, security and compliance across a complex enterprise landscape. The role combines platform administration, third-level support, automation and project work.

The position is based in Holzwickede and requires onsite attendance five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the endpoint management platform, with a focus on Microsoft Intune.

• Configure and maintain device policies, security settings and compliance requirements.

• Resolve complex endpoint issues through third-level support for Intune and MECM/SCCM.

• Automate administration and routine tasks using PowerShell.

• Contribute to projects that improve endpoint management and the wider workplace environment.

What You’ll Need

• A degree in IT or a comparable professional qualification.

• Experience supporting complex, hybrid IT environments in an enterprise setting.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and modern MDM or endpoint management solutions.

• Familiarity with technologies such as MECM, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Group Policy and Windows security.

• Confident PowerShell scripting skills.

• A sound understanding of device security, compliance and configuration.

• Very good German and English.

• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach, with strong analytical and communication skills.
