Microsoft 365 System Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg | Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite

Join a well-known, family-owned German industrial manufacturer with products sold internationally.

Its internal IT team is driving cloud transformation and developing a modern Microsoft workplace. This role offers ownership of technical projects, direct collaboration with business departments and room to put your ideas into practice.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve and operate Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID solutions within a cloud-first environment.
• Own cloud migration and integration projects from technical planning through implementation and handover.
• Deliver internal projects across Modern Workplace, security, endpoint management and automation.
• Work with business departments and technical teams to turn requirements into secure, reliable and scalable services.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or comparable experience, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and cloud migrations.
• Experience with Intune for Windows and iOS devices, alongside Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of security and compliance, including Conditional Access and identity protection; Microsoft Defender and Azure infrastructure experience are advantageous.
• C1 German and good English, clear communication skills and availability to work onsite in Hamburg 2 days per week.
