The Opportunity

Join a growing Microsoft Copilot Center of Excellence focused on enabling partners, driving adoption, and delivering successful Copilot implementations across Europe.

This is a highly partner-facing role where you\'ll combine solution architecture, technical enablement, and business engagement to help partners scale Microsoft Copilot successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Solution Architect for an assigned region - DACH
• Deliver partner onboarding, workshops, and enablement sessions.
• Support early-stage Copilot deployments and adoption initiatives.
• Build demos and solution scenarios that showcase business value.
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and partner teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Share knowledge and reusable assets across the wider Copilot CoE.

About You

• 5+ years\' experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Partner Enablement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Experience working with partners or customers in technical and business-facing environments.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Able to translate technical capabilities into practical business value.

Preferred Certifications

• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
• AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (or equivalent experience)
