The Opportunity
Join a growing Microsoft Copilot Center of Excellence focused on enabling partners, driving adoption, and delivering successful Copilot implementations across Europe.
This is a highly partner-facing role where you\'ll combine solution architecture, technical enablement, and business engagement to help partners scale Microsoft Copilot successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Solution Architect for an assigned region - DACH
- Deliver partner onboarding, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Support early-stage Copilot deployments and adoption initiatives.
- Build demos and solution scenarios that showcase business value.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and deployment frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and partner teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Share knowledge and reusable assets across the wider Copilot CoE.
About You
- 5+ years\' experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Partner Enablement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Experience working with partners or customers in technical and business-facing environments.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Able to translate technical capabilities into practical business value.
Preferred Certifications
- MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
- AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (or equivalent experience)
