Location: Karlsruhe, Germany (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Salary: Up to €75,000

The Opportunity

We\'re looking for a Microsoft Entra & IAM Consultant to join a growing Microsoft practice delivering identity and access management solutions for a wide range of customers.

This is not a traditional support or administration role. You\'ll combine technical consulting with hands-on implementation, helping organisations modernise their identity platforms using Microsoft Entra ID and Azure technologies.

Working closely with architects, developers and customers, you\'ll design secure identity solutions, implement best practices and automate key identity processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions for enterprise customers
• Deliver Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects from design through to implementation
• Configure and optimise:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Conditional Access
  • Identity Governance
• Develop secure identity and access strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Integrate Microsoft Entra ID with third-party applications and business systems
• Develop Azure Functions and automation using PowerShell where required
• Work with Microsoft Graph API and Azure services to build identity solutions
• Participate in customer workshops, technical discussions and solution design sessions
• Produce technical documentation and support project delivery

What We\'re Looking For

Essential

• Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
• Experience with:
  • Conditional Access
  • Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Single Sign-On
  • Identity Governance
• Azure fundamentals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (C1/native level) and good English
