As we expand our digital HR capabilities, we’re looking for a seasoned SAP HCM Architect to design and lead the evolution of our human capital management systems across a multi-national landscape.
The Role
As an SAP HCM Architect, you will take a strategic role in defining, designing, and governing the architecture of our SAP HCM environment. You will work closely with HR, IT, and global business leaders to drive scalable and efficient HR processes, while aligning with broader enterprise technology goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the SAP HCM architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies

Lead design and implementation of core SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, PY, PT, TM, ESS/MSS)

Provide architectural guidance on integration with SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, and third-party systems

Oversee system upgrades, migrations (e.g., to SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors), and enhancements

Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance

Support business case development and project planning for HR technology initiatives

Mentor SAP HCM consultants and collaborate with cross-functional architects
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, or related field

7+ years of experience in SAP HCM with at least 3 years in a solution architect role

Deep understanding of HR processes and global compliance requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as PA, OM, PY, and TM; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HCM a strong plus

Strong integration experience with Payroll, Time Management, and HRIS platforms

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are advantageous

Willingness to travel internationally (if required)
