Azure Data & AI GTM Lead - EMEA

Remote across EMEA (preference for Germany or the Nordics)
Occasional travel required
Salary: Up to €120,000

This is a strategic, business-focused leadership role responsible for driving Data & AI go-to-market strategy, partner activation, sales plays, and growth execution across EMEA. The position sits at the intersection of Microsoft, sales, marketing, partner development, and country leadership teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own and execute the Data & AI GTM strategy across multiple markets
• Develop partner growth plans, sales motions, campaigns, and enablement programmes
• Translate Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Analytics, and Data Platform priorities into scalable business opportunities
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders, sales leaders, marketing teams, and partner organisations across EMEA
• Act as a senior business leader, aligning strategy with measurable execution

Who We Are Looking For

• 10+ years\' experience in Microsoft cloud GTM, partner management, business development, or solution leadership
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem
• Proven experience building and executing growth plans, sales plays, campaigns, and partner activation programmes
• Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
• Business-level knowledge of Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, AI Foundry, Analytics, and Cloud Platforms
• A commercial mindset with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications or solution-area readiness
• Experience working closely with Microsoft field teams and partner programmes
