About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Data & AI Enablement Solution Architect to play a key role in driving Data & AI adoption across partner and customer ecosystems. This is a highly visible position that combines technical expertise, solution architecture, partner engagement, and enablement activities focused on Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, analytics, and modern data platforms.

The successful candidate will help organisations translate business challenges into practical AI and data solutions, while guiding stakeholders from initial discovery through to implementation readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical advisor for Data & AI solutions.
• Deliver workshops, technical enablement sessions, webinars, and discovery engagements.
• Support customers and partners in understanding Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, analytics, and data modernisation opportunities.
• Design and communicate scalable solution architectures aligned to business objectives.
• Develop technical assets including playbooks, reference architectures, demonstrations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to identify, qualify, and shape Data & AI opportunities.
• Guide stakeholders through their first AI, analytics, and data transformation projects.
• Mentor technical team members and contribute to architectural standards and enablement strategies.

Required Experience

• 5+ years\' experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Presales, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong expertise in Data & AI technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Azure AI, Analytics, and Data Modernisation strategies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with partner ecosystems, channel environments, or indirect sales models.
• Experience supporting organisations through AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and generative AI solutions.

Certifications

The following certifications would be highly advantageous:

• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700)
• Relevant certifications or applied skills in Azure AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, or Analytics
