Dynamic Cloud Solutions Account Executive – Drive Growth and Innovation

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in hybrid cloud, managed services, and professional services.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships within cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts, manage a healthy sales pipeline with a 5:1 funnel-to-quota ratio, and close deals across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable business value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales tactics and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Use Salesforce and data insights to track progress, forecast accurately, and optimize sales processes.
- Represent our brand at industry events, nurturing relationships through indirect partners, Cox Business channels, and internal units.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in IT, cloud, or managed services.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound activities.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise IT or cloud solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related partner programs.
- Ability to travel 25-50% for customer meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Financial Services, SaaS, or E-Commerce.
- Existing relationships within cloud partner programs or industry-specific clients.
- Knowledge of emerging cloud technologies and competitive positioning.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of sales experience.
- Advanced degrees (Master’s, Ph.D.) with relevant experience are a plus.
- Extensive experience in direct and channel sales environments.
Other Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel as needed to foster client relationships and attend industry events.
