Energize Cloud is searching for an AWS Cloud Migration Lead in Texas.
Start Date / Duration: ASAP, 6 months minimum, up to 1 year
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Essential Experience / Skills:
- Lead large-scale migration projects from on-premises to AWS cloud
- Migration wave planning and portfolio management
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable migration plans
- Excellent communication and soft skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience coordinating multiple teams to execute migration strategies
- Experience building migration portfolios and leading migration waves
Desirable Experience / Skills:
- Experience managing complex cloud migration projects for large enterprises
- Exposure to government or regulated environments (optional)

The contractor will lead large-scale migrations from on-premises environments to AWS cloud.
