M365 Architect – Remote (Germany-wide)

Location: Remote (Germany-wide) with 2–3 days onsite at customer locations in West Germany (Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, etc.)
Salary: €80,000

Role Overview

As an M365 Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and improving customers’ Microsoft 365 environments. This is a high-level consulting role focused on strategy, concepts, and roadmap development rather than hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on their M365 roadmap and help optimize their Microsoft ecosystem.
• Design concepts for migrations and improvements (e.g., Active Directory on-prem → Entra ID).
• Support customers with Teams, Exchange, Intune, and other M365 services.
• Collaborate with engineers for implementation while owning the strategic direction.
• Engage with customers onsite 2–3 days per Month (after onboarding).

Requirements

• 3–4 years experience in Microsoft 365 architecture within a partner environment.
• Strong understanding of customer environments and ability to design tailored solutions.
• Fluent German (C-level) for client communication.
• Independent, hands-on mindset with experience in SME environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in West Germany.
