One of Energize’s key clients is seeking a Senior Expert in Identity Security, Phishing Resistant Authentication and IGA to support a major global identity transformation programme.
This is a strategic role for someone who can act as an architect, consultant, programme manager and technical project lead, helping define the roadmap, build the business case, align stakeholders and oversee the technical implementation through to global rollout.

This is a strategic role for someone who can act as an architect, consultant, programme manager and technical project lead, helping define the roadmap, build the business case, align stakeholders and oversee the technical implementation through to global rollout.
Key Requirements:
- Senior-level experience across Identity & Access Management, Identity Security and Identity Governance & Administration
- Strong experience designing and implementing complex IAM / IGA solutions in large enterprise or global environments
- Experience developing identity roadmaps, target architectures, business cases, management presentations and decision-making documents
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, including Joiner / Mover / Leaver, access governance, RBAC, SoD, access reviews and birthright access
- Experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Omada, One Identity, Saviynt or Microsoft Entra Governance
- Strong experience with phishing-resistant authentication, including FIDO2, Passkeys, WebAuthn, hardware security keys, Windows Hello for Business and certificate-based authentication
- Strong Microsoft identity experience, including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access and hybrid identity architectures
- Good understanding of Zero Trust, privileged access management, least privilege, identity threat protection and secure credential management
- Knowledge of SSO, provisioning and integration standards including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP and PKI
- Able to lead technical implementation, architecture reviews, pilots, rollouts and hypercare after management approval
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to management and working across IT Security, Infrastructure, Workplace, HR, Compliance and Business Units
- Experience managing internal and external implementation partners, vendors, risks, timelines and dependencies

- Duration: Initial contract until the end of the year, with extensions likely
- Location: Blomberg, near Bielefeld, 1-day per week on-site
