I\'m currently looking for an experienced Microsoft Modern Workplace Expert to play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of a globally operating enterprise.

The company employs several thousand people worldwide and generates annual revenue of well over €1 billion. With a strong international presence and a long-term growth strategy, it is an established global leader in its industry.

???? What makes this role stand out?

This is not a traditional systems administrator position.

You\'ll take ownership of the company\'s Modern Workplace strategy, working closely with the CIO and international stakeholders. You\'ll help shape the future of the Microsoft ecosystem—from architecture and governance to user adoption and large-scale global transformation initiatives.

This role offers significant autonomy and ownership of the Microsoft 365 environment, giving you direct influence over strategic technology decisions.

Your Responsibilities

? Drive the evolution of the global Microsoft 365 platform
? Own Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure, and Endpoint Management
? Modernise the digital workplace across thousands of devices
? Lead global Modern Workplace and cloud transformation projects
? Develop security, governance, and compliance strategies
? Implement and optimise Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform
? Collaborate with IT Security, business units, and external partners
? Automate processes using PowerShell, Terraform/Bicep, and Azure DevOps
? Drive user adoption and the successful rollout of new technologies
