The ESA serves as a trusted technical advisor, primarily engaging customers at the Director level and below. The role provides technical leadership across solution architecture efforts and ensures delivery teams execute against the original vision sold to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Solution Architects.
- Own solution strategy and architectural vision.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Partner closely with sales teams during pre-sales engagements.
- Remain involved post-sale (5–10%) to:
- Validate delivery aligns with the proposed solution.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Identify expansion opportunities.
- Feed additional opportunities back to Account Executives.
- Serve as the technical "tip of the spear" for uncovering future work.
