With a strong focus on digital transformation, we are expanding our SAP landscape and seeking an experienced SAP VC Developer to support the configuration and development of sophisticated product variants across our international business.

The Role
As an SAP Variant Configuration (VC) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining VC models within SAP to support complex, configurable products. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product management, and IT teams to ensure accurate product modeling and seamless integration with downstream business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC) models for complex, engineer-to-order or make-to-order products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust VC solutions

• Implement rules, constraints, object dependencies (procedures, preconditions, selection conditions), and class characteristics

• Integrate VC models with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PLM modules

• Ensure data consistency, model performance, and ongoing optimization of configuration logic

• Provide documentation, training, and user support across global business units

• Support migration, testing, and deployment of VC changes in project and operational environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP LO-VC development

• Solid understanding of SAP SD, MM, and PP processes in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with IPC, CPQ, or AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration) is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus

• Willingness to work in an international, multi-site team environment
