Position Overview
The QA & Testing Lead will oversee and coordinate test planning and execution across multiple business units and technology platforms, including SAP. This individual will support the successful delivery of large-scale systems implementations and continuous improvement efforts. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, IT staff, operational leaders, and third-party vendors.

This position reports to the Senior Project Manager in the IT PMO and plays a key role in enforcing testing standards, managing testing tools, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related communications and coordination

• Design and manage test plans, execution schedules, and reporting for projects and ongoing support

• Oversee test environments, including data setup and version control across both SAP and non-SAP systems

• Track testing metrics and provide insights on risk areas, quality trends, and milestone readiness

• Support and enhance existing testing and defect tracking frameworks using tools like Wrike and UiPath (or similar platforms)

• Train and guide team members on test and project management tools; coach on agile and lean practices

• Travel as needed to support on-site test coordination and data gathering (travel intensity may vary)

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in testing processes, documentation, and standards

• Stay current on industry best practices and internal technology changes through self-learning and professional development

What We’re Looking For
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

• 5+ years in quality assurance/testing roles, with at least 2 years in a test leadership capacity

• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA testing, particularly in areas like warehouse and production modules

• Experience leading test efforts across multi-site operations and cross-functional teams

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Wrike, UiPath Test Suite, or comparable tools

• Familiarity with end-to-end enterprise processes in manufacturing, inventory, quality, and warehouse operations

Additional Skills & Attributes:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Highly organized with a proactive and collaborative mindset

• Confident in working independently and with remote teams

• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in environments where priorities shift regularly

• Willing to support testing during off-hours if needed during key project milestones
