Your tasks

• You will participate in the introduction, provision and further development of the applications supported by the unit, in particular SAP Success Factors, and will assume tasks in IT system support.
• For outsourced applications, you ensure compliance with and integration into Helaba\'s application landscape.
• You will work on projects to introduce or further develop applications, taking IT interests and strategic direction into account.
• You will assist in error analysis as part of 3rd level support for the applications you support.
• You will support requirements management with the customer and work with the customer to develop viable solutions.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, a scientific discipline or several years of comparable practical experience in the field.
• You have experience in supporting and further developing outsourced SAP applications, preferably SAP Success Factors .
• You have good conceptual skills, an independent, committed and goal-oriented way of working and are a team player.
• Obstacles motivate you; perseverance sets you apart.
• You have experience in dealing with customers and collaborating with business units.
• Fluent German skills (C1 level - spoken and written) complete your profile.
