SAP Security Consultant

Join a leading international manufacturing company undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. As an SAP Security Consultant, you will play a key role in protecting critical SAP landscapes, ensuring compliance, and driving secure digital transformation across a global business.

Working closely with SAP Functional teams, Basis, Infrastructure and Cyber Security, you will design, implement and maintain secure SAP environments while supporting exciting international projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain SAP security and authorization concepts across multiple SAP systems
• Manage SAP roles, profiles and user authorizations following the principle of least privilege
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects with a security-first approach
• Perform security assessments, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve authorization issues and improve security processes
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvements in SAP Identity & Access Management and security governance
• Document security standards, procedures and best practices

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP Security or SAP Authorizations Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts and role design
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Identity Management or Identity & Access Management solutions is highly desirable
• Understanding of SAP Basis and SAP security architecture
• Experience working within international project environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English
