Job Profile & Responsibilities

• IT Project Leadership & Innovation: Manage international, high-impact IT projects using standardised methodologies to deliver significant business impact.
• SAP: Drive the adoption and development of SAP solutions, with a particular focus on the SD module. Manage system integrators responsible for system configuration and maintenance, updates and troubleshooting.
• Demand Management: Lead the demand management process, overseeing the capture, assessment, challenge, approval and delivery of cost-effective solutions endorsed by senior management.
• Business & Technology: Translate business requirements into high-quality IT solutions, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Global Process Harmonisation: Support initiatives designed to align global business processes and systems through strategic corporate solutions.
• Collaboration & Change Management: Establish connections across functions and countries, creating synergies between initiatives and managing projects with significant organisational impact.
• Technology Optimisation & Continuous Improvement: Plan, develop, support and enhance IT applications while assessing how emerging technologies may affect ways of working and advising stakeholders on appropriate technology solutions.

Qualifications & Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role within a complex organisational environment.
• Professional experience with SAP, specifically the SD module.
• Experience as a Template Responsible and/or Scenario Owner would be an advantage.
• A willingness to take on complex and demanding challenges with enthusiasm and determination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT services and customer-focused solutions.
• Business-level English and at least advanced German skills.
• Knowledge of project or change management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Scrum) is advantageous; training can be provided.
