SAP S/4HANA Project Lead

Role Overview
As an SAP S/4HANA Project Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of innovative solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic liaison between business and IT, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA modules across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables.

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolutions and escalations.

• Ensure integration across SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, FICO) and with third-party systems.

• Oversee data migration strategies, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.

• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management activities.

• Provide regular status reports and project updates to senior leadership.

Your Profile
You have:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, business processes, and integration capabilities.

• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
