Role Overview
As an SAP S/4HANA Project Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of innovative solutions. You’ll serve as a strategic liaison between business and IT, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA modules across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
You will:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables.

Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolutions and escalations.

Ensure integration across SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, FICO) and with third-party systems.

Oversee data migration strategies, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
-
Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management activities.

Provide regular status reports and project updates to senior leadership.
Your Profile
You have:

A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, business processes, and integration capabilities.

Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
