SAP Recruiter

You will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier SAP talent to drive innovative projects and enterprise success. What you will do:

• Source and identify highly skilled SAP consultants, from junior to senior levels, to meet project needs.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including invoicing and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate closely with external partners, demonstrating strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges and optimize recruitment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in SAP recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A strategic approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with administrative processes related to staffing and invoicing.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and specific technical skills.
• Experience working within staffing or recruitment agencies.
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Dutch/French.

Preferred education and background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition within the tech or SAP domain.

• Willingness to engage in occasional travel as needed.
