You will play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier SAP talent to drive innovative projects and enterprise success. What you will do:
- Source and identify highly skilled SAP consultants, from junior to senior levels, to meet project needs.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including invoicing and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate closely with external partners, demonstrating strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges and optimize recruitment outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in SAP recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with administrative processes related to staffing and invoicing.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and specific technical skills.
- Experience working within staffing or recruitment agencies.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Dutch/French.
Preferred education and background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition within the tech or SAP domain.
Additional requirements:
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel as needed.
