SAP Project Manager

My client are a global multi-billion € Energy organization based in Frankfurt. They currently employ over 200.000 employees worldwide in more than 120 countries.

With 3 major mergers & acquisitions set to launch next year, they are actively seeking an Inhouse SAP Project Manager to join their Frankfurt team. This key role will support large-scale integration projects and help with their continued growth and success.

Tasks

As an Inhouse SAP Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex SAP projects.

• End-to-end project leadership: Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial analysis to post-implementation hypercare—with a focus on successful delivery.

• Manage internal teams and external consultants; ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership with informed decision-making.

• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Translate business requirements into detailed project plans across SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, S/4HANA).

• Support change management and user training

Profile

• You already have relevant experience in the implementation and management of IT projects, particularly within SAP.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.

• Track record of managing SAP integrations during mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring.

• You can translate complex business requirements into smart, effective SAP solutions.

• You bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to project-driven environments and team dynamics.
