A leading production and manufacturing company located between Ghent and Bruges is looking for a Master Data Consultant to strengthen their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of SAP master data and ensure operational excellence across departments.

What you will do:

- Manage, verify, and maintain master data (materials, suppliers, customers, pricing, etc.) in SAP

- Coordinate data updates and migrations during system implementations and new project rollouts

- Collaborate across SAP modules like MM and SD

- Monitor data quality and completeness, proactively addressing discrepancies

- Act as a liaison between IT, sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams

- Conduct audits and propose improvements to boost data accuracy

- Ensure consistent data processes across multiple production sites

- Maintain thorough documentation of data guidelines and procedures

What we're looking for:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience

- Prior experience with SAP is a plus (MM/SD modules particularly valued)

- Fluent in Dutch and English

- A structured and proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail

- The ability to work independently and within a team

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

- A positive, dynamic, and motivated attitude
