About the Role
An internal IT services team is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to help drive the evolution of their HR?IT landscape. The environment is modern, collaborative, and focused on delivering innovative solutions for a diverse group of internal business units.

Your Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and further develop the existing SAP HCM system landscape
- Act as a key contact for HR and business stakeholders
- Analyse requirements and translate them into functional SAP HCM solutions
- Lead and contribute to SAP HCM projects, including enhancements and optimisations
- Configure and customise SAP HCM modules, especially in the areas of Time Management and related processes
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth HR?IT operations
- Contribute to the ongoing digitalisation and modernisation of HR processes
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Time Management, CATS, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, or related submodules
- Ability to understand complex HR processes and translate them into system solutions
- Hands?on mentality with a structured, independent working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with HR stakeholders
- Fluent German skills; English is an advantage
- Experience with modern SAP technologies (e.g., Fiori, S/4HANA) is a plus
