SAP FI/CO Consultant

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our internal IT and Finance Systems team. This is a hands-on, functional role focused on delivering value-driven SAP solutions across Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes. You\'ll work closely with Finance stakeholders, technical teams, and other business units to optimize and enhance SAP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP FI/CO modules internally.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.

• Support month-end/year-end closing activities.

• Lead and support SAP-related projects, upgrades, and process improvements.

• Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• Strong functional knowledge in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center).

• Experience with integration points across SAP modules.

• Understanding of financial business processes and how they map to SAP.

• Solid experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (preferred).

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
