SAP EWM Consultant

2x SAP EWM Freelance Requirements | Hybrid Belgium | French & English Speaking

One of Energize’s clients is looking for two SAP EWM Consultants to support an S/4HANA EWM project in Belgium:

• 1x Senior SAP EWM Consultant

• 1x Medior SAP EWM Consultant

The consultants will support the project through UAT, go-live readiness, cutover, go-live and hypercare. Both roles require strong functional EWM knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to work closely with warehouse teams, business users and the development team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the SAP EWM project through UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare

2. Assist with SAP EWM setup, configuration and functional topics

3. Support business users with warehouse processes and system execution

4. Work closely with the development team on functional requirements and issues

5. Communicate directly with warehouse teams and operational users

6. Support troubleshooting and resolution of EWM-related issues

7. Provide clear updates on progress, blockers and priorities

8. Be available for increased on-site support around go-live

Senior SAP EWM Consultant:

• Strong end-to-end SAP EWM implementation experience

• Extensive experience supporting UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare

• Strong functional and configuration knowledge

• Comfortable taking ownership of complex EWM topics

• Strong stakeholder-management skills

Medior SAP EWM Consultant:

• Previous SAP EWM implementation and go-live experience

• Able to support system setup and functional processes

• Comfortable explaining processes to business and warehouse users

• Able to support users during UAT, go-live and hypercare

• Good understanding of warehouse operations

Both profiles should have:

• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes

• A hands-on approach and willingness to work directly with users on the warehouse floor

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work independently

• Retail experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory

• Fluent French is mandatory

• Good English communication skills

Details:

• Positions: 1x Senior / 1x Medior SAP EWM Consultant

• Start: ASAP

• Contract: Until end of January

• Go-live: 2 January

• On-site locations: East Flanders, Liège or Brussels

• Hybrid: Typically 2 days per week on-site, with increased on-site presence around go-live

• Workload: Full-time preferred

• Languages: French and English

The project has three possible on-site locations: East Flanders, Liège and Brussels. Consultants will not be expected to travel regularly between all three sites. Each person will be allocated predominantly to one location, ideally the site closest to where they are based.
