SAP CRM Consultant

Your tasks

• Support and management of our CRM applications (SAP C4) including analysis, implementation and support of surrounding technologies in the CRM environment
• Management and sub-project management of CRM projects in close cooperation with the department
• Taking over sub-project management for CRM in upcoming SAP projects
• Management and coordination of external consultants
• Support and advice to specialist departments as well as close cooperation with key users

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the CRM environment
• Experience in IT project management, ideally in CRM applications
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
