SAP Change Manager (French Speaking) – On-Site in France
Are you a seasoned Change Management professional with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations? This freelance SAP Change Manager position offers a unique chance to lead essential change initiatives on-site, ensuring a seamless transition to S/4HANA across critical manufacturing sites.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support key users through the S/4HANA transformation process, facilitating change adoption and operational excellence
- Deliver tailored training sessions to maximize user engagement and understanding
- Monitor implementation progress, proactively addressing risks and issues to ensure project milestones are met
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in France, providing coaching and fostering a culture of change readiness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear change management strategies and communications
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA projects
- Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective change, communication, and training plans
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP WM, MM, or logistics modules
- Experience with multi-country SAP projects and international teams
Preferred Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in Change Management are a plus
- Relevant project experience within manufacturing or supply chain sectors
- Demonstrated success leading change in complex SAP environments
Other Requirements:
- On-site presence in Strasbourg, France, is essential, with a preference for three days per week (flexibility to two days on-site + one remote is possible)
- Availability to commence in January 2026, with project completion expected by April 2026
