Senior SAP BI / S/4HANA Reporting Consultant Needed – ASAP Start!
Energize is seeking a Senior SAP BI Consultant to support one of our key customers on their major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This involves replacing a legacy SAP ECC landscape and re-implementing reporting and analytics using modern S/4HANA and BW/4HANA architecture and best-practice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and lead SAP BI and reporting workstreams during the S/4HANA implementation
• Guide the transformation of legacy reporting to S/4HANA-aligned architecture
• Define and validate the future-state operating model for reporting and analytics
• Support system design reviews, functional specifications, and architecture decisions
• Assist with data migration and data-cleansing activities across reporting objects
• Organise and support test cycles and training activities
• Participate in project workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Produce analysis documents, reporting designs, and presentations
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal staff
Key Requirements:
• 5+ years SAP BI experience
• Strong experience with SAP BI implementation and migration projects
• Hands-on expertise with SAP BW/BW4HANA and integration with ECC & S/4HANA
• Deep knowledge of BW data modelling, HANA Studio, HANA modelling & BEx/Query Designer
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects tools (Webi, Analysis for Office, Lumira Designer)
• Good understanding of SAP Data Services (ETL)
• Strong ABAP CDS, ABAP programming, and AMDP SQL scripting skills
• Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams
• Ability to create high-quality technical and functional documentation
• SAP certifications and SAP Analytics Cloud experience desirable
• Security clearance needed
Job Details:
• Start Date: 17 November 2025
• End Date: 17 May 2026 (6-month contract)
• Duration: 90 working days (consulting engagement)
• Location: Capellen, Luxembourg (on-site required; occasional remote possible with approval)
• Languages: English (required), French preferred
