Job Title: Remote Freelance SAP BASIS Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our retail customers team for a freelance mission.

You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the SAP systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability ready for the project Go-live for a consolidated S/4 HANA project.

Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP BASIS administration tasks, including system installations, upgrades, and patch management.

• Manage SAP systems running on HANA DB and Linux environments.

• Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP BASIS.

• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of SAP systems.

• Maintain documentation and best practices related to SAP BASIS.

Skill Requirements:

• Fluent in German

• Strong knowledge of HANA Database (SAP HANA) and Linux operating systems.

• Proven experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and patching.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Location: Remote

Duration: Until end of September with extensions
