SAP Basis Consultant

Your Tasks:

• SAP System Landscape Administration: As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all SAP systems including the SAP Data Warehouse and SAP BO. Your role also includes overseeing server operating systems, backups, and transport management within the SAP environment.
• Support for Non-SAP Systems: You will provide technical support for non-SAP systems, ensuring regular updates and certificate implementations.
• Upgrade and Release Management: You will contribute to planning and executing upgrades, release changes, system migrations, and system copies for SAP environments.
• Ensuring Operational Continuity: You will maintain seamless operations while adhering to high availability concepts. Additionally, you will administer and manage central systems related to SAP.
• User and Authorization Management: You will manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations while conducting security checks and audits.

Your Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or completed training as an IT specialist, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
• SAP training in basic technologies.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP software.
• Expertise in server operations (Linux/Windows) and network management.
• Experience with ABAP programming and web technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of database administration, particularly MaxDB.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative.
• Excellent cooperation and communication abilities.
• A confident, competent, and friendly demeanor.
• Fluent German (C1 minimum)
