IT Project / Transition Manager

Energize is currently looking for an experienced IT Transition Project Manager to support one of our key customers, in a critical IT service transition project. You will lead the transition of 1st line IT Service Desk and on-site support services from the current provider to a new outsourcing partner.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end transition of IT support services
• Work closely with internal SMEs and both incumbent & new vendors
• Oversee knowledge transfer, training & operational readiness
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless handover
• Monitor performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
• Run SteerCo meetings, manage project reporting & early life support

Must-Have Experience:

• Proven experience in IT/helpdesk service transitions
• Senior Project / Transition Management experience – 8+ years years’ experience
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
• Familiar with ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
• Able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

• Language: Fluent English, Dutch is preferred
