Opportunity! Freelance SAP S/4 Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our customers end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program under the SAP Rise framework.
You must have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP transformations, engaging business stakeholders in process discussions using SAP Signavio, leading process transformation, and delivering data migration, implementation, and successful rollout of S/4HANA solutions across all customers plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Oversee the entire S/4HANA transformation lifecycle under SAP Rise, from planning to post-go-live.
- Define and manage program roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Coordinate with service providers to achieve timely milestones
- Facilitate SAP Signavio workshops to map and analyze processes
- Redesign processes to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices
- Define and govern data migration strategies, ensuring quality and compliance
- Lead migration to S/4HANA using tools like SAP Data Services and Migration Cockpit
Experience:
- 12+ years in IT program management, including 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Expertise in SAP Rise framework, SAP Signavio, and large-scale data migrations
- Proven delivery of SAP projects on time, within scope, and budget
- Skilled in managing multi-provider collaborations and global SAP rollouts
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and integration.
- Proficient in SAP Rise services, SAP Signavio, and SAP Data Migration tools (Cockpit, LTMC, BTP).
Contract Details:
Location: southwestern Netherlands 3 days onsite requirement, 2 days remote
Full time: 5 days a week.
Contract duration: 6 months to start with extensions
Start Date: 1st March
