We\'re recruiting on behalf of a leading international technology organisation seeking a Copilot Partner Solution Architect to play a key role within its growing Copilot Centre of Excellence.

This is a strategic, EMEA-wide position focused on helping Microsoft partners transform Copilot from a one-off deployment into a repeatable, scalable, and profitable managed service offering.

As the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot managed services, you will design partner-ready service packages, technical blueprints, delivery frameworks, operational models, and enablement assets that empower partners to deliver ongoing value to SMB customers.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines deep Microsoft 365 expertise with experience in solution architecture, managed services, partner enablement, and AI-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop standardised managed service offerings for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
• Create scalable service packages covering readiness assessments, deployment, adoption, governance, optimisation, and expansion.
• Define technical architecture blueprints incorporating Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Purview, Defender, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, checklists, service descriptions, and implementation guides for partner use.
• Translate Copilot capabilities into commercially viable managed services that partners can successfully position and deliver.
• Support partners in building service catalogues around AI adoption, prompt engineering, business process mapping, governance, and agent development.
• Establish operating models covering service tiers, customer success metrics, reporting frameworks, and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical, partner, and go-to-market teams across EMEA to drive adoption and scale.
• Create reference architectures, demonstration environments, technical content, and partner enablement materials.
• Define best practices for secure Copilot deployment, including identity, compliance, permissions, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Support strategic partner engagements requiring managed service design, packaging, and commercialisation expertise.
• Act as the SME for Copilot managed services within the wider organisation.

What We\'re Looking For

Essential Experience

• 5+ years\' experience in Microsoft 365 solution architecture, cloud consulting, managed services, technical presales, customer success, or partner enablement.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Copilot Studio

  • Microsoft security and compliance technologies
• Experience designing and delivering managed services, service catalogues, technical offerings, or customer success programmes.
• Proven ability to convert technical capabilities into repeatable, partner-deliverable service packages.
• Understanding of SMB customer environments and recurring service revenue models.
• Experience working with Microsoft partners, resellers, service providers, or channel organisations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and commercial audiences.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how technology drives customer value, adoption, retention, and growth.
