Energize Cloud is searching for an Azure Platform Engineer (DevOps, GIS, GeoIT) in Munster, Germany.

Are you passionate about driving innovation in GeoIT solutions and empowering GIS platforms like ArcGIS Enterprise and QGIS Server?

We are seeking a dedicated Azure Platform Engineer to ensure the reliability, stability, and operational excellence of cutting-edge GeoIT infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you\'ll oversee the entire lifecycle of GIS solutions, from installation and configuration to maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement, contributing your insights to project planning and execution.

Your Required Skills:

• Degree or training in geoinformatics, computer science, business informatics, geography, surveying, IT, or related fields
• Strong technical understanding of IT operations, DevOps, system administration, or platform operations
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in GIS systems such as ArcGIS Enterprise, QGIS Server, WebGIS, geodatabases, or OGC services
• Proven ability to develop stable, maintainable, and monitorable solutions
• Familiarity with automation, documentation, and fault analysis
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AI integration in GIS workflows
• Knowledge of FME-based data processing
• Background in project management or long-term solution lifecycle planning

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in IT operations, application support, or platform management
