Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the implementation and use of ArcGIS products.
• Design, install, configure and optimise enterprise ArcGIS environments.
• Analyse customer requirements and develop scalable GIS solution concepts.
• Act as the technical interface between customers and internal project teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro.
• Experience installing, configuring or administering GIS platforms.
• Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, servers and networking.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English.
