We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Zoom CC and UC Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on delivering seamless communication solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire deployment lifecycle—from gathering detailed customer requirements and understanding system builds to overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting successful go-live transitions. Your expertise will ensure clients maximize their investment in Zoom\'s unified communications platform, including Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) and Zoom UC solutions, through comprehensive certification and training programs.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) and Zoom UC platforms
- Strong ability to gather and analyze customer requirements
- Expertise in system build configurations and deployments
- Experience managing or participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Knowledge of Zoom certification and training processes
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical guidance effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience with project management methodologies
- Certifications related to Zoom solutions or UC platforms
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and telecommunication protocols
- Experience conducting training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with unified communications platforms, specifically Zoom solutions
- Prior consulting or technical deployment experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed for client on-site deployments and training sessions
