Location: Remote in Germany
Languages: Fluent German & English (C1/C2)
Salary: Up to €110,000 OTE
Overview
We’re looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for partners and customers across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will support partner onboarding, deliver technical demos, guide proof-of-value projects, and help drive adoption of cloud governance and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored product demos and technical presentations

Support partner and customer discovery calls

Respond to technical questions, RFPs/RFIs

Lead proof-of-value / proof-of-concept engagements

Provide pre-sales support throughout partner-led sales cycles

Deliver partner enablement: onboarding, workshops, training

Create technical materials (demos, architectures, playbooks)

Collaborate with Sales, Partner Management, Product & Marketing

Represent the company at events, webinars, and meetups

Stay current with Microsoft 365 and cloud innovation
Your Profile

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 in pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering

Solid knowledge of governance, compliance, and cloud technologies

Excellent communication skills for business & technical audiences

Comfortable travelling across EMEA

Experience working with channel or partner ecosystems is a plus
