- Administration: Managing Windows servers (Exchange On-Prem & Online), operating the cloud infrastructure, and supporting the M365/Azure platforms
- Security & Support: Providing 3rd-level support, managing the group-wide Active Directory, and ensuring system stability and security
- Projects & Innovation: Contributing to topics such as automation, identity management, security, authentication, and mobility
